I could have come up with a DIY solution for our Roomba, but this product was well-priced and good quality. Our Roomba no longer leaves marks on furniture!

Bumper came off! |

I ordered the set of the top and bottom bumpers for my Roomba because it was killing the espresso-colored quarter-round moulding that I have all over my house. I was thrilled to find something ready-made because I really didn't want to have to cobble up something myself. Well, "Black Bot"-- as my Roomba is affectionately called-- "ate" the top bumper. I found it coiled around his brush. So I pulled it out and glued it back on and so far it's staying put. I was disappointed that the adhesive wasn't strong enough, but I think the idea behind your product is wonderful. I had called Roomba customer service first to ask them if they sold something and the answer was a negative. I wasn't about to spend several hundred on a new unit just for the bumpers. So, please improve your adhesive!!!

Dual Ultra Soft Bumper |

I got new chairs with wood legs and I knew my Roomba would not be kind to them. The soft bumpers did the trick!
The bumpers should be a standard item on the Roombas. It has left black marks on my painted walls. So I knew I had to do something to prevent nicks in my chairs. Come on iRobot - make this standard!

Works great.. just needs a little improvement |

The bumpers have really softened the blows of our Roomba hitting painted baseboards, finished furniture legs, etc. One problem though. Twice (once on each side), the upper (thin) bumper has separated and I had to glue it back together. It's not the bond between the bumper and the Roomba, that's fine.. but the foam of the bumper itself tore away from the adhesive strip attached to the bot. A little gorilla glue fixed it and it's been working fine since.
