  • Should I remove Robot Add-Ons products before sending my robot for service?
  • We do recommend that you remove all Robot Add-Ons accessories before sending back your robot to iRobot, because there is no guarantee that you will receive the accessories back. For products that use adhere to the robot like the Ultra-soft bumpers and Unicorns, simply send us your old one and we will send you a new one free. For the Unicorn, slowly pry it off with a knife. Do not twist it off.

  • Where is my free Filter offer?
  • For several months we offered a referral program for a free filter sample where the customer only has to pay shipping and handling of $4.99. Unfortunately, we are no longer running this special due to constant e-mail problems. Please accept our apology.
